An internal web app that merges the stock lists of around 350 growers into one sales list. AI recognises the structure of each list, a custom script normalises the data and it exports to Excel in one click. Saves hours of manual work every week.

Anything repetitive with a fixed pattern: reading in, processing, sending. Such as merging stock lists, pushing orders into invoices or filing claims.
Do I have to replace my current systems?
Not necessarily. Often I get existing systems to talk nicely to each other, for example Shopify with Bol.com and Moneybird.
How much time does automation save?
That differs per process. At Floravert it is hours of manual work every week, because the lists of around 350 growers are merged into one sales list automatically.
